Here's a guy who is very busy with networking events and business conferences--which usually do involve a bit of social drinking. Chris found BACtrack Mobile to be a help in that it informed him of what his estimated BAC level was, therefore enabling him to make smarter decisions while drinking. He mentions having to hang out a little longer at some occasions to allow his BAC to drop back to 0.00%.
